  • Yes, you will receive a Yoga Teacher training certificate approved by the Yoga Alliance (yogalliance.org)

  • Yes, it does. You can teach at studios worldwide with this certificate.

  • On the 200hr you will receive a detailed Yoga Teacher Training manual, a class sequence manual, a course overview and access to a private membership site containing many videos for one year. 300hr trainees will receive the same information, plus a Yoga strength, flexibility and skill program

  • No, you don’t have to buy anything. Its essential you have a Yoga mat. If you can buy a few props such as blocks and a strap that is great but if you can’t it is no problem.

  • No, you don’t. For both courses all we ask is that you love Yoga and know for sure that you want to study further. We do not expect you to be at any level of fitness, flexibility or strength ability.

  • Yes it does! You will develop your teaching skills gradually through the program and be ready to teach when you graduate. You will learn to understand Yoga movement science, analyse poses and individual needs, create great sequences, demo well and teach classes.

  • You are given access to course materials and will be guided to watch and read content. You will need to show understanding of key areas of yoga including pose analysis, pose demonstration, class sequencing and teaching skills. On the 200hr there are several written assignments and video assignments submissions so we can see your pose demonstration & teaching practice. On the 300hr you do several written assignments and a small yoga research project - the topic is yours to choose.

  • You will need access to Wifi, a Smart phone as you will need to send us videos. Your manual, course overview & schedule will be sent digitally - up to you if you wish to print them out.

  • Feedback will be given in several ways, by email, Whats App and online Zoom recordings. You will make several submissions during the course and the teachers will feedback to you in a way that suits you

  • You can pay in Euros, Sterling or Dollars to Paypal. Or in South African Rands to a South African bank account

  • Yes, you can. Trainees often do Yoga Teacher Trainings in order to understand more about their practice and Yoga in general

  • This is really dependant on how quickly (or slowly) you work through the course. The total hours of the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is 200 and the 300hr Yoga Teacher Training is 300. If you wish to do the 200hr in one month you would need to work every day - or 20 days x 10 hours but if you did the 200hr over a year you would need a few hours a week.

  • On the 200hr course you will need to submit several written assignments as well as videos of your pose practice and your teaching practice. The assignments are progressive, in that they are set up to build your knowledge and your teaching level by level through out the course. On the 300hr course you will need to submit several assignments (less than the 200hr), complete the strength, flexibility & skill program as well as a small yoga research project - the topic is your choice.
